A one-on-one process to cultivate a clear understanding of difficulties at your pace and develop individualized skills to identify and alter unhelpful patterns to heal. One learns to decrease experiences of stress, anxiety, and/or depression, navigate the work/school environment, build healthy relationships, and even identify one's purpose to “live their best life.”

Individual Therapy

A collective process between both partners and the therapist to achieve a few common goals: understand the couple’s emotions, renew courtship, friendship, and intimacy, maintain a healthy relationship, and learn to understand and communicate while decreasing criticism and defensiveness.

Couples Therapy

A collaborative process between family members (two or more) and a therapist to externalize problems, navigate issues, and explore how one anothers actions affect relationship dynamics. Family therapy helps rebuild connections and strengthen bonds.

Family Therapy

(Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured therapy focusing on memories. This process helps you move through unprocessed memories, which hold emotions, thoughts, and beliefs that may have been created during a traumatic event. EMDR is a guide to mental and emotional healing.
